The first day of Rosh Hashanah / the new year begins with a service of song and Torah, listening and joining in led by Rabbi Liz and featuring reflections on the holy day themes by members of the community. Machaneh/camp inspired activities for school-age children and babysitting for toddlers are offered as well. And shofar! Service followed by a communal potluck lunch.
