Wednesday, 23 September, 2015 • 10 Tishrei 5776
9:30 AM - 1:30 PMWorship Hall of UnitariansYom Kippur morning continues the Holy Day themes of individual repentance and communal commitment through prayer and chant, meditation and Torah, bowing and learning.
Machaneh/camp inspired activities for school-age children. Start the morning with the community along with special activities to do right in your seats. Then, join our educator, Eliyanah Delicate, in exploring Yom Kippur with the story of Jonah and the opportunity to prepare to share the story with the community at the beginning of the Yom Kippur afternoon service. We will have a pot-luck fruit snack during our time outside of the sanctuary to help sustain our young people through to the end of the service on this fast day.
Babysitting for toddlers offered throughout the morning.
